The Pump can be installed in any of the following schemes
Tank over flow 'D' is to prevent liquid level rising in pump body and damaging the motor. The lower lip of over flow 'D' should not be more than half inch above center of pump over flow. Isolation valve for sealing the tank during pump maintenance is not essential for efficient working of the pump.
Installaion - Scheme 1
- Fully open valve 'A'.
- Allow liquid level to rise in supply tank upto overflow 'D' level.
- Close valve 'B'.
- Start pump.
- Open valve 'B' gradually for required flow
Typipcal Suited in
- Metal Pickling in cold rolling mills.
- Acid pickling.
- Plating
- PCB Manufacturing.

A vertical suction pipe with non return valve entering top of the tank may be used when liquid is free from suspended solids
Installaion - Scheme 2
- Close valves 'A' and 'B'.
- Open valve 'D' and leave running until liquid flows out of 'C'.
- Start pump and immediately open valve 'A'.
- Close valve 'D'.
- Open valve 'B' gradually for required flow.

Installaion - Scheme 3
- Close valve 'A' and 'B'.
- Open valve 'D'.
- Fill priming vessel to over flow through 'C'.
- Start pump.
- Open valve 'A'.
- Close valve 'D' and open valve 'B' for required flow.

Installaion - Scheme 4
- Prime the pump on first installation
- Start pump
- Open the delivery valve and adjust to desired pressure to achieve desired flow
- On completion of the process, close the delivery valve and switch off the pump

Installaion - Scheme 5
- Fully open valve 'A'.
- Allow liquid level to rise in supply tank up to overflow 'D' level.
- Close valve 'B'.
- Start pump.
- Open valve 'B' gradually for required flow.

Installaion - Scheme 6
- A column has to be raised on the side of the tank.
- Pump is mounted on the column as shown in sketch.
- In the suction line a foot valve has to be fitted.
- Prime the pump through delivery pipe,so that liquid comes to the overflow line.
