Research and development has played a key role in making us survive and thrive in a rapidly changing market for more than 40 years.
This has been realized with a team which consists of highly qualified professionals in the field of Hydraulics and Fluid Dynamics, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Corrosion Sciences and Chemical Engineering.
As recognition of the efforts of our In-house team in Research and Development, the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India has accredited us with an approved R&D facility. We are also backed up with Resources and facilities from Indian Institute of Science.
The knowledge and in-sites that has been obtained not only makes us develop new products but also increase efficiency and cost effectiveness of our product.

Hydraulic Study

A study is performed on a pump to measure and analyze the flow patterns. Use of modern technology of computational fluid dynamics tools along with real test flow patterns, with correction of design for an improved flow. We not only analyse flow of water, but also a wide spectrum of liquids, observe the patterns in variation. These are documented for use in future projects.

Material understanding and study

To handle various liquid which a corrosive, an extensive research on materials to suit the application is done. With both Metallic and non metallic spectrum in mind over the years we have come up with various methods of manufacturing of pump. Our foundry is equipped to manufacture nuclear standard casting and the same has been achieved in manufacturing for plastic pumps.
